Frequently Asked Questions

  • All orders are custom made. Please fill out an order form located on the contact us page, and we’ll get back to you within 48hrs.

  • Deliveries are subject to a fee based on your location. We serve the cities of Santa Barbara, Los Angeles, and Pasadena. We must deliver all tiered cakes to ensure proper handling and transportation of the cake.

  • We only ship cookies, no cakes. We’re currently only offering shipping in California for an additional charge. All orders are sent via USPS priority mail. A tracking number will be sent to the email address associated with the order.

  • We ask for two weeks' notice for orders except wedding cakes. Wedding cake orders must be placed at least one month before the event date.

  • We do not. Follow us on Instagram to find out when you can catch us at pop markets and more.

  • I've moved! I now live in Pasadena, CA. I continue serving the Santa Barbara area because I have family, repeat customers, and strong ties to the community. It's my home!
